The Kansas Music Heritage Center was formed in 2006 to provide a network for musicians, music lovers, music educators and music history buffs to share ideas and information, and to promote music and the heritage of Kansas music in particular.
We came together from many interested groups, including The Kansas Acoustic Arts Association, The Kansas Music Hall of Fame, The Wichita Blues Society and more, with the goal of creating spaces both virtual and real for the sharing of the universal language: music.
We invite you to join us as we gather to share and make music, sponsor concerts, shows and musical events, and promote interest in the heritage and musical traditions of Kansas!
